Our company was founded over 3 decades ago, and has been leading the innovation in architectural glass for facades in many of the sky scrapper projects in Israel. In our factories we manufacture and process glass tempering, lamination and insulating glass. We strive for customer satisfaction through the quality that we provide for our products and service. We are certified with ISO9001:2015 quality standard, as well as meet the regulations requirements of the Israeli standards institute.

In our factories, located in the center of Israel, we have cutting tables, tempering furnaces, IG lines as well as a lamination line. We recently expanded our processing capabilities with machinery from leading brands such as Glasston, Lisec, Forel, Bottero and TMB.

Our Cutting department consists of 3 cutting tables by Bottero and Lisec, capable for cutting rectangular as well as shapes. For our IG department we also process the edge deletion on the cutting table itself.

Our Tempering department oversees processing in our two furnace ovens. We specialize in the tempering of energy efficient Low-E glass, this with our exceptional tempering furnace by Glasston the FC500, designed for the high performance tempering of Low-E glass (of up to 2.8 by 4.8 meters). We are certified the handling and processing of energy efficient Low-E glasses, with certification from AGC, Guardian, Saint-Gobain and PPG. We also offer our customers the ability to heat soak test (HST) using our HST furnace, for the reduction of spontaneous glass breakage phenomena (due nickel-sulfide inclusion in glass raw material.) Apart from being a supplier for our own IG manufacturing department, we supply customers with tempered Low-E glass for the production of IG in their respected companies.

 

Our Lamination department specializes in the production of lamination with PVB for tempered clear and Low-E glasses, targeting projects in architectural façade, IG, as well as balconies. We are certified the production of PVB and SentriGlass® by Trosifol.

Our IG manufacturing department consists of two IG production lines, one by Lisec and the other with a recent investment in a newly fully automated, gas capable, Forel line capable of producing units of up to 5 meters in length and 2.8 meters in height. We also recently added the capability to produce warm edge IG units, via the automatic application of flexible spacers, and certified by the leading manufacturer EdgeTech’s for the application of SuperSpacer® warm edge technology. For sealing material we work with the leading manufacturers of silicon, polysulfide and butyl – Fenzi and DowCorning. We have many

years of experience with the production of IG units that contained electrical motorized blinds for many of the skyscraper projects in Israel.
